(Pt 2) This VW Diesel is SOOO DEAD!! ('13 Passat TDI: Hard Start, NO BOOST?)

After testing ALL of the Diesel Ingredients in Part 1, we FINALLY get this 2013 VW Passat TDI to fire up!!
It BARELY runs, smokes, coughs, and stalls out.
The first Test Drive doesn't go great either...where's the BOOST??
Seems to fire up OK when it's warm...but a COLD START it just cranks and cranks with no action.
Will this BAD LUCK VW ever be road-worthy again?
